Penny has a background in weight training & has developed a sound knowledge of exercise technique with appropriate resistances.

She believes “training can change people’s lives with proper exercise technique to decrease the pain & suffering from disease, injury & the aging process; enabling us to live more fulfilling lives”.

Penny is enjoying working in the Omokoroa Physiotherapy Gym, she is a wonderful motivator & communicates well with all age groups!
